Refund, Return and Replacement Policy

We pack every order with care. If something reaches you damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will make it right.

1. When you can ask for a replacement or refund

  • The item arrived damaged, broken or defective.
  • You received the wrong item, size or colour.
  • An item from your order is missing.

Please tell us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 89288 24295) or email (nidhikajainupkaranbhandar@gmail.com) with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video of the parcel. Without an unboxing video we may not be able to approve a damage or missing-item claim.

2. Items we cannot take back

  • Opened or used puja samagri and consumables, such as kesar, vaskep, varakh, dhoop, attar, ghee, vaat, shakar and badam.
  • Puja vastra, rumal and muhpatti that have been used, washed or altered.
  • Customised or made-to-order items.
  • Items bought on clearance or marked as final sale.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, but if you are unsure about an item, message us before ordering and we will help you choose.

3. How it works

  • Once we approve your request we will first offer a replacement. If the item is out of stock, or you prefer, we will refund you instead.
  • If we ask you to send the item back, it must be unused, with its original packing and tags. We will share the return address and, for our error, cover the return shipping.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after approval (or after we receive the returned item). Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
  • Shipping charges are refunded only when the mistake or damage was ours.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Orders are prepaid only; we do not offer Cash on Delivery.
