Terms of Service
This website is operated by Nidhika Jain Upkaran Bhandar ("we", "us", "our"), Shop No. 3, Dilip Niwas, Kandivali West, Mumbai 400067, India. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy, Refund and Shipping policies.
1. Using the store
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree not to misuse the site, try to break its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
2. Products and photos
We try to show every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and handmade or handwork items such as zardoshi, minakari and embroidery may vary a little from the photo. These small differences are not defects.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is shown at checkout. Payment is taken online at checkout through our payment partner; we do not offer Cash on Delivery. We never see or store your full card details.
We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. If an item you ordered was listed at an obviously wrong price or turns out to be out of stock, we may cancel that item and refund you in full.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues, and will refund any amount paid.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, pickup, returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
6. Accounts
If you create an account or sign in, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.
7. Content
The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Nidhika Jain Upkaran Bhandar and may not be copied without our permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
